Management of Electrical Approved Inspection Authority (Pty) Ltd Inspection and investigation departments are committed to the implementation of a management system in accordance with ISO 17020 as a basis of achieving the goals set for the inspection and investigation departments.

The main goals of the inspection and investigation departments are to meet its client’s requirements, in producing results in which both the client and inspection and investigation departments’ management have confidence, and to meet the business objectives set by the inspection and investigation departments’ management.

The objectives set to meet these goals will be included in the client processes document and the business plan (budgetary requirements) for the inspection and investigation department.

It is the inspection and investigation departments’ management’s commitment to use a standard method to produce competent results acceptable to the client.

It is also management’s commitment to use the inspection and investigation departments as a training facility for future inspectors.

It is required that all personnel involved in the activities of the inspection and investigation departments read, understand and implement the policy, procedures and methods of the inspection and investigation so that all our efforts can be concentrated in the same direction in meeting the goals set for the inspection and investigation department.
